Antworks, founded in 2015, by technology and outsourcing veterans Asheesh Mehra and Govind Sandhu, specializes in providing solutions primarily to the financial and healthcare sectors through two delivery models – BPaaS and TaaS. The company has a global presence with offices in Qatar, London, Mumbai, and Singapore. AntWorks also has an operational 200-seat delivery centre in Pune, India.
“This acquisition helps us make deep inroads into doctors’ practices and ambulatory care, as well as gives us an onshore delivery centre,” said Mehra, who prior to setting up AntWorks, headed information technology giant Infosys Technologies’ BPO operations in the Asia Pacific, Japan and Middle East regions.
