Sales Executive - US


Sell Technology solutions such as Revenue Cycle Management, Practice Management and Electronic Health Records to Healthcare Units including prospects and customers.

College Graduate with major in business or technology related field

*At least 3-5 years of sales experience  *Strong communication skills

Job Description:

  • Assist with prospecting activities to maintain a full pipeline. These activities may include cold calling, attending trade shows, user group meetings and other marketing events.
  • Survey prospects and customers to analyze their needs and recommend solutions that best meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Travel throughout the territory to attend scheduled sales call with prospects and customers.
  • Prepare for and present product demonstrations of the recommended solution.
  • Prepare and present professional quotes, proposals, and contract agreements in accordance with AntWorks sales policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, customer, and opportunity data in the Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Schedule travel and manage travel expenses per AntWorks Company policy and submit timely expense reports for reimbursement.

Software Support Analyst - US


Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches and resolves user problems.

*Associates Degree preferred

*At least 1-3 years of experience working client support environment

Job Description: 

  • Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming work orders, telephone, voice-mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with software and other computer-related technologies.
  • Collects information from users about problems and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of the issue.
  • Determines whether problem is caused by hardware such as networks, printers, or cables and reroutes internally when necessary, using pre-determined protocols
  • Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to Tier 2 analysts or team leader.
  • Logs and tracks calls/emails using problem management database and documents resolution and customer interactions immediately within the problem management database.
  • Consults with Tier 2 analysts and/or team leader to explain software issues in need of attention or to recommend changes.
  • Calls EDI vendors to work on client issues and help with client paperwork/EDI credentialing.
  • Trains users on software via WebEx or in classroom. Helps technical services with installation of personal computers and peripheral equipment.
